Phil Reinke was the “On Site Coordinator” (he does not like the words “General Contractor”) for our 4000 square foot convenience store, LaserWash Car Wash, gasoline & diesel project, all on 2.5 acres of land on the south side of Jefferson, WI. Phil, from day one was honest and upfront with all costs and concepts of the construction. Phil’s “laid back attitude” was a refreshing difference throughout the project. He initially gave us cost estimates and told us any saving he could muster would be passed along… and that he did. We found his bid to be lowest and on top of that he saved us over $40,000.00 on that bid. Our timeline was tight and all came together very smoothly. No project is perfect, but I believe very few have gone better than ours.
The bottom line is that if we build another unit, Phil will do the project for us.
