Reinke
I have had an interest in construction
since I was big enough to climb into the
truck with my Dad. I continued to pursue
my knowledge by earning a construction
management degree from the University of
Platteville. With this degree, I bring
to the firm a working knowledge of
AutoCAD, computer software, critical
paths and business management.
Recently, I turned 28 yrs old and I
enjoy sharing my life with my wonderful
wife, Kelly, of 5 years. We have one
daughter, and will be welcoming our next
addition in early May this year. I enjoy
camping and sports, with a major
interest in basketball. |

I established Innovative Construction
Concepts, Inc. over 22 years ago. I
worked as a project supervisor for many
years and thought the relationship
between owner and contractor should be
more harmonious. I truly believe I have
done just that! I have always felt good
that many of my clients and
subcontractors have evolved to be long
time friends and now I see my son
starting his list of new friends.
I am 63 and have worked in some aspect
of construction now for more than 40
years. I have a wonderful wife that has
been by my side for 42 years, raising
our three children and now enjoying our
5 grandchildren with at least one more
blessing on the way. I still enjoy
working and forming that relationship
with the owner and subcontractors. Along
with my daily family involvement, I
enjoy fishing, golf, and camping. |

I have worked in the construction field
for the last 12 years starting out as a
carpenter and working my way to my
current position as a Project Manager. I

My beautiful wife Heather and I, along
with our daughter enjoy camping, hiking,
