Most "General Contractor's" fees range from 7% to 10% for supervision AND an additional 10% to 15% for overhead and profit. The average "Construction Manager" fee is 15% of the total project. Our guaranteed fee is 40% less than the average construction management fee charged, and is based solely on the building and site improvement cost that we manage.
