Innovative Construction Concepts, Inc. has served for over 22 years. Working as a project supervisor for years, I thought the relation between client and contractor should be more harmonious. Innovative Construction Concepts is a construction management company founded with that principle.
 

Two years of college (Vietnam era), 4 years of Navy, and then years in the trenches of construction gave me my hands on construction knowledge. Five years ago my son Sean, graduating with a degree in construction management joined my efforts and brought new and updated life to the company. Just recently my daughter Trish joined us to help with the paper chase that is consuming businesses of today. Our family business is now ready for the 21st century. This is a true blessing that your family wants to take over your business and build on it with the same integrity.

With new techniques and our relationship with our clients, our mission will be to fulfill their dreams by forming a partnership with them. We will put our construction knowledge together with their interest in mind to the end result of a completed project with quality and cost that they chose.
 

We have now built in fourteen states and captured ideas and construction ways different from just one region. It is interesting that from state to state or even region to region that each trade does not use the same techniques or materials. Our specialty seems to be restaurants but don't be fooled, that has given us an advantage. The ADVANTAGE, we use ALL the trades of construction in a smaller space and get it done fast track. Can you believe we are completing site work and 1600 square foot buildings in 74 calendar days? This alone attests for our organization. Our 99.2% repeat customer base attests to our quality and service. Many subcontractors travel for us because of our relationships to owners and how the projects are run.
